职位职责: 我们的客户是著名电气电缆制造公司,产品:电力电缆和附件、工业特种线缆、室内电缆、发热电缆、通信电缆和部件。现因公司发展需要,特聘以下职位:

Plant HR Manager
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
1. Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employee relation and promote a high level of employee morale.
2. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources function, prepare information requested or required for compliance. Acts as primary contact with employee counsel and outside government agencies.
3. Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations. Reviews and resolve employee dispute and grievances.
4. Conduct manpower forecasting and submit headcount report to HQ. Provide BP labor cost forecast.
5. Within AAHR Framework, set up compensation structure, pay policies, performance management process, employee benefit programs and services, and company safety and health programs. Monitors effectiveness and cost containments.
6. Implement management information system to record, maintain and manage the organization's human resources. Maintain the personal records of employees on matter such as wages, pension, insurance, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports.
7. Establishes recruitment and placement practices and procedures in line with AA policy. Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management about staff appointment。
8. Coordinate training activities.
9. Advise employee on work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters, and organize employee welfare service such as canteen, first aid and social activities.
10. Participate management meetings in AAA.
11. Implement various HR programs in line with VCE policies and guidelines.
12. Selects and coordinates use of Human Resources consultants, pension administrators, training specialists, and other outside sources.
13. Keeps supervisor informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of objectives, and those which are not being addressed adequately at the line management level.
Requirement
Candidate Profile
1. Affiliations with successful companies who practice effective Human Resources Management.
2. Generalist HR background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development. Well-developed administrative skills. Principles and people oriented.
3. 3 – 5 years experience gained through increased responsibilities in previous jobs.
4. Previous international experience of some kind is preferred.
Professional Experience:
1. Ability to build and work with international networks.
2. Establish and anchor strategies and concepts.
3. Good conflict resolution skills.
4. Good planning, analytical and decision-making skills.

Personal Qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.
2. Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
3. Resourceful and well organized.
4. Results, Service and People oriented.
5. Ability to balance HR interventions against business considerations.
6. Consultative, confidentiality and discretion when dealing with people.
7. Comfortable performing multiple projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
8. Education:The successful candidate will be qualified to Bachelor’s level.
9. Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, as well as Chinese.
